Dr. Jen Gordon is a passionate occupational therapist who performs private Cognitive Behavioral Intervention for Tic evaluations and services, for clients in all of New York State (Virtually) and clients in the New York City area, in person.
Dr. Gordon graduated with her B.S. in Occupational Science and M.S. in Occupational Therapy from the University at Buffalo in 2020. She then went on to receive her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (OTD) from Boston University in 2023. The focus of her published dissertation was the role of interprofessional communication in strengthening a child’s care team, so they receive optimal care.
Dr. Gordon has a wealth of practical experience working with clients from ages 0-65+ with diagnoses such as: Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Tourette's Syndrome, OCD, ADHD, Emotional Disturbance Disorders and more. She combines her knowledge of varying diagnoses, with her passion for helping kids with Tourette's Syndrome, to provide the best outcomes for all kids, regardless of comorbid diagnoses.
In her free time, Dr. Gordon loves to sing, act, volunteer at an adaptive tennis clinic for people with developmental disabilities and lounge around with her fiancee and cat!
